Mostly sunny and warmer today – 11/1/18
TODAY: We will see a few morning clouds out there followed by mostly sunny skies in the afternoon. Things will be breezy at times today, but most wind gusts will stay below 30 mph. Highs today will warm into the 30s and 40s over the mountains with 50s over the lower terrain.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear to partly cloudy with lows in the 20s in the mountains with 30s over the foothills and plains.
EXTENDED: Friday looks quiet and mild once again with more sunshine and highs in the 40s, 50s and 60s. By Saturday, a few snow and rain showers are possible over Teller County and within the higher terrain areas of Colorado Springs. Because of this, we will be much cooler with temps in the 30s and 40s. Sunday looks dry and cool before another potential rain and snow system moves in on Monday. This is still several days out, so timing and impacts still have yet to be nailed down.
