Colorado Springs Police need help identifying two males accused of pick-pocketing

As we get closer to the holiday season, the Colorado Springs Police Department warns about pick-pocketers.

There have already been reports of pick-pocketing happening to innocent victims. CSPD posted pictures to their official Facebook page Monday showing two unknown males approaching a 71-year-old woman at the TJ Maxx on Bloomington Street.

Police say the suspects approached the woman, distracting her by talking about a laundry basket. When she looked away, the second suspect removed the woman’s wallet from her purse.

The men later charged up to $2,500 on her stolen credit cards. If you have any information about these men and can help police identify them, contact Detective Garcia at 719-444-3121.
