Man arrested for stabbing construction worker in Pueblo

Pueblo police arrested a man for stabbing a construction worker Monday.

According to the Pueblo Police Department, the suspect was causing trouble in the area of Santa Fe Drive and Moffat Street. Police say he was throwing rocks at vehicles and disrupting traffic. One construction worker was stabbed during the time of the disturbance.

The worker was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening, but serious, injuries.

Police arrested the suspect, identified as 34-year-old Devon Williams, and charged him with two counts of felony menacing and attempted first-degree murder.
