Changes into Wednesday 10-16-18

TONIGHT: We start out mostly clear tonight but clouds increase from the south during the overnight. For this reason, lows won’t be quite as bitter, staying mainly in the 30s.

TOMORROW: Clouds spread from south to north throughout the day allowing temps to be slightly cooler than today. Afternoon highs will mainly stay in the 40s and 50s. Snow is possible over the San Juans and Sangres but most of the remainder of the higher terrain will see some flurries or light snow showers. Lower elevations will experience mainly sprinkles.

EXTENDED: A few showers are possible across the Eastern Plains Thursday. Most areas should still be a bit warmer. We end the week with sunshine and mild temps as highs will be in the 50s and 60s. Temps warm even further through the weekend with some areas getting closer to 70 under the abundant sunshine. A mainly dry forecast will be experienced until about Tuesday, that’s when some rain and snow could return.
