Colorado Springs structure fire displaces two women

The Colorado Springs Fire Department responded to a house fire at 901 E. Cimmaron Street early Monday morning.

The fire started in the attic of a two-story home. There were two women inside at the time of the fire. They were able to get out with no injuries. The women are displaced from the home through Monday evening.

Fire crews responded quickly and were able to put the fire out in 10 minutes. Crews continued to stay on the scene for a few hours following the fire.
