Pueblo police: ‘Armed and dangerous’ fugitive arrested in Denver

UPDATE Oct. 5: Pueblo police say the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Denver Police Department were able to arrest a fugitive who was wanted in the Steel City.

Joshua Aragon was wanted for distribution of dangerous drugs, and police had said he was an “armed and dangerous” gang member who made threats to kill law enforcement officers.

Aragon was taken into custody Friday afternoon.

Police need your help locating a Colorado State Fugitive wanted by the DEA, the Pueblo Police Department, and Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say 29-year-old, Joshua Aaron Aragon (a.k.a. “Risky” a.k.a “Raiders”), is as an “Armed and Dangerous” gang member who has made threats to kill law enforcement officers.

They say Aragon is believed to be staying in the Pueblo area. If you have any about his location, you are asked to call the Pueblo Police Department at (719) 553-2502 or if you wish to stay anonymous, you can submit a tip to Pueblo Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP (542-7867).

If your information leads to Aragon’s arrest, Pueblo police say you could be eligible for a cash award.
