Garden of the Gods to prohibit vehicles in the park this Sunday morning

Garden of the Gods will have another “Motorless Morning” event on Sunday Oct. 7.

Motor vehicles will be prohibited in the park from 5 a.m. – 12 p.m. The park will reopen to motor vehicles after 12 p.m.

The park will remain free and open to the public. Access to the park will be provided, along with designated parking for people with disabilities and a shuttle from the parking lot to the central Garden.

The event was originally held in April, and the park reports it was so well received that they decided to have another Motorless Morning in October.
