Florence bowling alley owner killed in pin setting machine
The owner of a bowling alley in Florence was killed Sunday in an accident that sounds like it was taken from a horror movie.
The Florence Police Department was called to Fremont Lanes Sunday afternoon when a man was reported stuck inside a pin setting machine.
Officers found the alley’s owner, 65-year-old Ector Rodriguez, stuck inside the machine, unconscious and not breathing. It’s not clear how he ended up inside the pin setting machine.
Police say no foul play is suspected.
This is a developing story, check back for updates.
