Woman found dead after Denver-area duplex fire
CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) – A woman was found dead after firefighters extinguished a duplex fire in southeastern suburban Denver.
The fire was reportedly early Sunday, north of Cheery Creek State Park in Centennial. Firefighters had it under control by 4:30 a.m.
South Metro Fire Rescue says investigators found a woman deceased inside the duplex. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The woman’s name has not been released.
