Record highs and sunshine – 9/18/18

TODAY: We will be mostly sunny this afternoon with afternoon highs in the 90s for much of the lower elevation cities. Mountain areas will be in the 70s and 80s today. Highs in Colorado Springs and Pueblo will be more the a couple degrees above the records for this date!

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and mild. Lows will be in the 50s and 60s. Overnight temps will cool to the 50s and 40s over the mountains.

EXTENDED: A cold front moving in tomorrow will bring us chances for just a few showers and storms. Highs will be slightly cooler as this passes through. The big change in temperatures really doesn’t arrive until Thursday and Friday when we are back in the 60s and 70s. The first full weekend of fall looks mostly sunny with highs in the 70s. Great weather for getting outside!
