Burt Reynolds dies at the age of 82
Burt Reynolds, the face of many iconic TV series and Hollywood movies, has died at the age of 82.
Reynolds was taken to the hospital Thursday morning in Florida after suffering a heart attack, according to his manager. He passed away shortly after.
Reynolds appeared in Gunsmoke, Smokey and the Bandit, Deliverance, Cannonball Run, Boogie Nights — in which he earned an Oscar nomination for best supporting actor — and many others.
Reynolds is survived by his son.
