Hot and Dry Today 8-30-18

TONIGHT: Some cloud cover will linger through the overnight hours with lows in the 50s and 60s.

TOMORROW: Moisture is higher tomorrow so expect isolated to scattered storms to return to the region. Afternoon storms will get going over the higher terrain before pushing eastward into the evening. Storms still don’t look widespread so not everyone will see the rain. Temps remain warm but with increased cloud cover, they may actually be a couple degrees cooler than today.

EXTENDED: Periods of scattered storms look possible through the Labor Day Weekend. Highest chances of storms still look likely on Saturday and again Sunday night. This will help to keep temps only slightly above normal. We keep spotty storms in the forecast every day into the middle of next week. Highs stay fairly steady in the 70s and 80s.
