Deputies arrest women after finding $171,000 worth of marijuana in the backyard of her Pueblo home

Deputies from the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office arrested 58-year-old Debra Luck after finding an illegal marijuana grow and evidence of butane hash oil production at her Pueblo West home Tuesday morning.

Deputies found 57 plants, worth an estimated $171,000 growing in the backyard of the home at 368 Baldwyn Drive. Luck admitted to growing marijuana and said she had paperwork to validate it was a legal grow. Deputies reviewed the paperwork and determined it was not valid.

Upon searching the yard, deputies also discovered equipment and evidence of a butane hash oil operation. Deputies seized several pounds of dried products and the hash oil production equipment.

Deputies arrested Luck for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, extraction of marijuana concentrate and cultivation of marijuana. She was booked into the Pueblo County Jail.
