Pueblo police looking into two separate shootings that took place Monday night

The Pueblo Police Department is looking into two separate shootings that happened Monday night

Police were first dispatched to 1501 E. Evans Ave. at approximately 4:54 p.m. Jason Lee Ayala, 28, walked into the Chug-a-Mug saying he had just been shot. Ayala was transported to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.

Detectives were able to identify the two shooting suspects as 37-year-old Joshua Lee Howard and 30-year-old Holly Kristine Moreno.

Police are looking for the suspects pictured below. Howard is described as a Hispanic male, 6’0″, 220 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Moreno is described as a White female, 5’4″, 200 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes.

The suspects were last seen driving a dark colored, unknown make or model, older 4-door vehicle.

The second shooting happened at approximately 7:58 p.m. in the 1700 block of E. 4th Street. Officers located an unresponsive shooting victim.

The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Isaac Hughes. Hughes was transported to the hospital in critical condition and remained in critical condition on Tuesday.

Detectives with the Pueblo Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Section were able to identify the suspect in the shooting as 18-year-old Joseph Angelo Lollar (pictured below).

Lollar is charged with criminal attempt to commit murder in the first-degree.

Police say they do not believe the shootings are connected.
