More storms on the way 8-6-18

TONIGHT: A few strong to severe storms will continue into the late evening hours. Gusty winds, frequent lightning, large hail and torrential rain will all be possible. Severe storms will be mainly be confined to Lincoln, Elbert, and Kiowa counties, but also can’t be ruled out across the Southeastern Plains. Scattered clouds continue overnight with clearing by early tomorrow. Lows drop to the 50s and 60s.

TOMORROW: Tomorrow brings chances for more strong storms and cool highs in the 70s and 80s.

EXTENDED: Moisture chances will still be present through the mid-week, but become significantly less by Thursday. Friday brings the return of dry weather with warmer highs back in the 80s to near 90.
