CSPD needs help finding at-risk adult

The Colorado Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding 62-year-old Andrew Roybal.

Police say Roybal is at risk and is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8″ and 160 pounds. He suffers from memory deficits and has recently moved to the Colorado Springs area where he has no family.

Roybal was last seen near the Walgreens on Rangewood around noon on Tuesday July 31. He was wearing jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt, glasses and lanyard around his neck with his name on it.
