Storms Chances Return 7-31-18

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cool tonight! It will be another good one to open the windows. Look for lows in the 50s, with 40s in the high country.

TOMORROW: Showers and a few thunderstorms return to the higher terrain for the afternoon. Some of these storms may move eastward into across the Eastern Plains for the evening. Highs will be slightly warmer, in the 70 and 80s. A few low 90s are likely across the Plains.

EXTENDED: Isolated to scattered storms are possible Thursday with rain chances increasing by Friday. Main threats from storms will be lightning and gusty winds with flash flooding mainly a concern over the burn scars. Less rain and storm opportunities are in for the weekend, so things will become hot! Highs get back to the 80s and 90s for Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
