Springs Police on accident alert due to weather

Colorado Springs police are on accident alert status for traffic accidents Saturday due to weather.

A tweet was sent out from the agency at 3:20 p.m.

Accident alert means that if you are in a traffic accident that does not involve injuries, major damage, drugs, alcohol, or damage to public property, you can exchange information with the other driver and filed a police report later.
