New venues for C.C. hockey program and Switcbacks

The C.C. hockey team and the Switchbacks needed a big-time venue upgrade and they got it. The Switchbacks will play in a ten thousand seat stadium, planted in the heart of Colorado Springs and with enough space to establish the soccer lifestyle they’ve dreamed of, “You know go to the bars and pubs before games come into the stadium as a group and really enjoy the lifestyle more than it is just a game,” says Switchbacks president, Nick Ragain.

It’s a state of the art facility that they hope will attract high level players to join the squad,

“That helps, it helps a lot. You always want to play in an environment that’s as electric as that looks. Filled with fans, like you can barely even talk on the field you know. As a soccer player that’s what you hope and dream of,” says Switchbacks forward, Tobenna Uzo.
