More storms this afternoon – 7/24/18

TODAY: More storms are in the forecast as we go through your Tuesday. Much like yesterday, storms will start to develop over the mountains around 1PM and will spread east through the afternoon. Coverage doesn’t look to be as widespread or as intense. A storm or two could become strong, but the threat for severe weather is definitely not as high as last night. Flash flooding over area burn scars will still be a concern today and we could also see a little bit of hail and gusty wind activity. Highs will be in the 70s and 80s across the board.

TONIGHT: A shower or storm is possible early, but otherwise, look for partly to mostly cloudy skies. Lows will be in the 50s and 60s.

EXTENDED: Shower and storms chances will be in abundance the rest of the week. The rainiest days look to be Thursday and Saturday. Our temperature trend stays steady most of the week.
