Man dies after minivan is T-boned by truck in Pueblo West

One person is dead after his minivan was struck by a large truck at an intersection in Pueblo West Thursday afternoon.

The crash is still under investigation by the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office, but we know that the driver of the minivan died from his injuries after the wreck, and the other driver suffered minor injuries. Neither victims have been identified.

It happened around 1 p.m. at the intersection of Quantico Dr. and W. McCulloch Blvd. ( MAP ) The minivan received heavy damage and the truck flipped on its side. Police haven’t yet said what caused the accident.

McCulloch Blvd. was closed between Quantico and Thoreau Pl.

It’s not yet known if charges will be filed.
