Missing girl from Colorado Springs located safe
A child who was suspected of being kidnapped by her mother has been located safe.
Colorado Springs police say 26-year-old Kayla Nyquist took 2-year-old Vinessa from a home in Colorado Springs on Wednesday. Nyquist currently does not have custody of the child.
Officers located Vinessa on Sunflower Rd. Her mother was arrested. Right now we don’t know what charges she faces.
