Storm Threat Continues 6-13-18

TONIGHT: Storms will continue to push into the Eastern Plains through the late evening hours. Most thunderstorm activity will end after midnight but some shower activity may redevelop. Low temps fall to the 50s and 60s.

TOMORROW: Tomorrow looks to be a hotter and drier day. Highs will quickly climb to the 80s and 90s with some of our warmest areas on the Southeastern Plains reaching the triple digits. Skies stay mostly sunny but there will be the potential for isolated showers and storms. With most areas dry and winds breezy at times, the fire danger looks to rise to critical levels.

EXTENDED: A wetter pattern returns starting Friday and through the weekend. Scattered showers and storms will remain possible which will help to keep temperatures cooler, especially for the second half of the weekend. Heavy rain is possible on Father’s Day.
