AMBER Alert cancelled; Thornton girl found safe

UPDATE: Kyley Phipps was found safe just before 10 p.m. and the AMBER Alert in Colorado was cancelled Thursday night.

An AMBER Alert was activated in Colorado Thursday evening for a missing two-year-old girl named Kyley Phipps.

Phipps may be in a 2012 black Pathfinder with the Colorado license plate: 204NKQ. Phipps is described as 28 inches tall with brown pigtails.

Phipps was taken from Thornton and may be with Donetta Phipps, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Donetta Phipps was ordered to relinquish Kyley at 1 p.m. Thursday but failed to show up. She was last seen with Kyley around noon.

If you see that vehicle, call police immediately.
