Showers and storms ending – 6/3/18

TONIGHT: Most showers and storms will be wrapping up by midnight. We will see a slow decrease in clouds and lows will drop into the 40s and 50s. Areas of fog are also possible tonight, likely in the San Luis Valley and other lower lying areas.

EXTENDED: The long range forecast brings hot and dry weather through much of this week. Highs will be well into the 80s and 90s, with areas of 100 degrees or so over the far plains. A few storms are possible over the higher terrain on Tuesday, but nothing of great substance. Elevated fire danger is possible at times this week due to the hot and dry weather. More widespread showers and storms will be arriving by Saturday.
