Cooler for the Weekend 6-1-18

TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies continue with temperatures expected in the 50s by the early morning.

TOMORROW: Another dry day is expected Saturday but with less wind and cooler temperatures. Highs warm to the 70s and 80s. A few mountain cities may stay in the upper 60s. A few places may experience wind gusts in the 20s and 30s through the afternoon.

EXTENDED: A storm system moves up from the southwest Sunday brining rain and storms to the mountain during the morning. Showers and storms then push eastward into the plains by Sunday evening. A few storms may contain gusty winds and some hail. Temps are once again expected in the 70s and 80s. Drier and warmer air arrives for Monday with temps back to 70s for our mountain cities with 80s and 90s expected elsewhere. The dry and warm trend will continue through much of next week.
