Pueblo police investigating suspicious ‘attempted suicide’
Pueblo police officers were called to a house early Friday morning for a report of an attempted suicide, but they’re now investigating because of “suspicious circumstances at the scene.”
Officers found a 19-year-old man with a single gunshot wound around 5 a.m. at a house on 3rd Avenue, but he died after being taken to the hospital, according to the Pueblo Police Department.
Details weren’t given, but PPD says circumstances prompted an investigation by detectives. It hasn’t been officially declared a homicide as of this publication but is considered suspicious.
