7-year-old girl, 2 others injured after crash in east Colorado Springs
Three people, including a seven-year-old girl, are hospitalized following a two-vehicle accident Friday morning in Colorado Springs.
Colorado Springs police said the girl was in critical but stable condition at a local hospital.
The crash happened at the intersection of Galley Road and Wooten Road ( MAP ), but details about how it occurred haven’t been made available.
Officers responded to the crash around 8:30 a.m. and identified two occupants from the first vehicle and one occupant from the second. All individuals were transported to an area hospital and are receiving medical treatment.
The intersection will be closed for several more hours. Officers say to avoid the area.
