Arenado charges mound, benches clear at Rockies, Padres game

Colorado Rockies Third Baseman Nolan Arenado wasn’t having any of it Wednesday afternoon when a throw by San Diego Padres Luis Perdomo came dangerously close behind him.

Arenado charged the mound at Perdomo; Perdomo then threw his glove at Arenado.

As for the rest, well, just watch the video.

But now Arenado, Perdomo, German Marquez, Gerardo Parra, and A.J. Ellis were thrown out as the Rockies hope to take down the Padres in Denver.

Update after an eventful 3rd inning: Arenado, Márquez, and Parra have been ejected from today’s game.
