Brewery introduces beer infused with Pueblo Chile

There’s a new beer coming out of a Pueblo brewery this week that’s putting a hot twist on ice-cold suds.

PDub Brewing Company is launching a new beer infused with the Pueblo Chile, and it’s called “Rojo Caliente.”

It’s a red ale and has a crisp hint of the local spice, according to the brewery.

Rojo Caliente is currently available at Big Bear and Purcell Blvd Liquor, and the brewery says it’ll soon be available throughout Pueblo.

A launch event is happening at the brewing company from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at 181 S. Purcell Blvd. in Pueblo West.
