Rain/snow possible later – 03/28/18

Today: Highs will warmer compared to what we got yesterday. Temperatures will reach the 50s and 60s in the lower elevations with the 40s in the local mountains. Later this afternoon and tonight, we’ll see rain and snow showers developing in the lower elevations and some of the high country locations. Little to no accumulations are expected. Even still, we can’t rule out a quick whitening of the roads in places, a few rumbles of thunder and some slick spots. Stick with us!

Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies take us into early Thursday morning. Overnight lows drop to the 20s and 30s. A few isolated showers could linger overnight before winding down early tomorrow.

Extended: Temperatures soar to the 60s and 70s by Friday. Unfortunately, there could be pockets of fire danger with low relative humidity levels and some gusts Friday as well as Sunday (Easter). Temperatures vary throughout your seven day forecast and are dependent upon a few cold fronts moving through the area. We’ll keep you posted on the latest.
