Two teens arrested in armed robberies in Pueblo

The Pueblo Police Department announced on Wednesday the arrest of two teens suspected of two armed robberies in January.

Robert Martinez, 19, and Phillip Garcia, 18, are facing aggravated robbery charges in connection with the robberies at Prairie Liquor located at 1659 S. Prairie Ave. and, on the same day, the Valero gas station at 601 Highway 50 West where they held the clerk at gunpoint.

The Pueblo Police Department was able to identify the two after getting information from witnesses and the public.

The two are in jail awaiting to appear in court.
