Clearing and Cold Tonight 2-12-18

TONIGHT: Skies will remain partly cloudy to mostly clear with temperatures dropping to the teens and 20s. Snow will be ongoing over the mountains.

TOMORROW: Tuesday will be mostly sunny and warmer. Highs climb to the 40s in Teller County, but the 50s and 60s at lower elevations. The mountains will still see additional snowfall through the day.

EXTENDED: Windy and warmer conditions arrive Wednesday. A Wind Alert Level One is in effect as winds are likely to gust between 30 and 40 mph. This brings afternoon temperatures well in to the 60s. There will be a few more clouds in our skies though. Temperatures start to trend downward for the end of the week as our next system brings the chance for some rain and snow showers to the Pikes Peak Region Thursday in to early Friday. The weekend is looking dry and mild.
