Weather alert day – 02/06/18

Today: We’re tracking a weather alert day today! We’re dealing with much cooler temperatures compared to what we got yesterday. Highs will only reach the 30s for many areas. We’re also expecting more light-to-moderate snow, primarily this morning. Rain and snow will be winding down this afternoon and tonight. Only minor accumulations are possible; however, roads will be slick! Stay weather aware today.

Tonight: Partly cloudy skies are anticipated overnight. Lows drop to the teens and 20s. Bundle up!

Extended: Increasing sunshine is on tap for southern Colorado Wednesday. Under a northwesterly flow between Wednesday and Friday, conditions will be drier and quieter. Temperatures soar to the 50s and 60s by Thursday! This upcoming weekend offers some changes in the form of cooler temperatures and scattered rain/snow. We’ll keep you posted on the latest!
