Colorado Springs Police investigate possible shooting, find shell casings and blood

Colorado Springs Police are investigating a possible shooting early Sunday morning. Just after 1 a.m., officers were dispatched to to the area of East Platte Avenue and Swope Avenue for a shots fired call. On the scene, police found shell casings and blood, but no victim or suspect in the area. Officers then searched the neighborhood but did not find a victim. Police are still investigating.
