Texas PetSmart groomer fired after aggressive handling caught on camera
A woman in Texas was shown a video that another customer took of her dog being abused by a PetSmart employee, and the company has taken action after the video went viral.
Brooke Vowers shared the video on Facebook, and you can see the groomer grab her dog by the face and forcefully it into position to have its hair trimmed.
PetSmart quickly fired the groomer and issued the following statement, according to KTRK.
“This treatment is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. The associate is no longer with PetSmart,” the statement read.
