Warming up – 1/23/18

TONIGHT: Our skies will be mostly clear through the overnight and our lows drop into the teens and single digits once again! This means another chilly start for Wednesday morning.

EXTENDED: The long range forecast looks very quiet, sunny, with gradual warming into the second half of the week. Highs get back into the 50s and 60s ahead of our next cold front by Thursday. It will be quite dry and blustery so this means elevated fire danger concerns for Thursday afternoon. As of today, it looks as though we may need to issue a wind alert for the area. Be sure to stay tuned for that information over the next 24 hours. The front moves in on Friday which could bring a few snow showers to our mountain cities. Otherwise, we stay dry.
