Colorado Springs police investigating shots fired near Copperhead bar
Colorado Springs police are looking for three men who fired multiple gunshots after an argument early Friday morning near a business at N. Academy Blvd. and Rebecca Lane.
According to CSPD, security officers at the business tried to stop three men who were arguing with other people around 1:50 a.m.
That’s when one of the men pulled out a handgun and waved it in the air before one of the other men pointed a handgun at the security officers.
The men then got in a blue sedan and one of the men fired a few shots before they fled, police said. No one was hit by the gunfire.
No descriptions of the suspects have been released yet. Police are still investigating.
