Even Warmer Days Ahead 1-17-18

TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies overnight with light winds will allow temps to drop to the teens and 20s. A few of the colder spots may still see the single digits, but overall, most places will not be as cold as previous nights.

TOMORROW: Thursday will be another pleasant day with mostly sunny skies with even warmer temps. A few high clouds may pass through our skies but afternoon highs still climb to the upper 50s and low 60s. Most of Teller County will warm to near 50.

EXTENDED: Friday will be the warmest day in Southern Colorado as highs are expected in the 50s and 60s with a few spots hitting 70 not out of the question. A few more clouds will return with winds picking up and that will increase the fire danger Friday and Saturday. Mild temps and breezy conditions linger in to Saturday as our next storm system has slowed down, not expected to arrive until early Sunday. Some snow accumulations with much colder temps arrive on Sunday. Stay tuned as Stormtracker 13 tracks snow timing and impacts for the latter half of the weekend.
