A cold Christmas Eve – 12/24/17

TONIGHT: We will see some high cloudiness across the area tonight as a disturbance passes by. We stay dry here in Southern Colorado, but the central and northern mountains will be seeing accumulating snow after 7PM tonight. This is great news for the ski resorts. Lows tonight drop into the teens and 20s.

EXTENDED: Christmas day is looking beautiful. I think we could see some clouds in the morning but we should give way to afternoon sunshine with highs in the 40s and low 50s. Sunshine remains for the rest of the week with highs ranging from the 40s to 50s. Our next chance of seeing some light snow looks to be next Sunday. This in turn will bring us cooler highs in the 30s.
