Overnight Snow, Slick Roads – 12/13/17
TONIGHT: Snow is falling and fighting that dry air. Attrition will eventually win out and leave us with a quarter to half inch of snow across much of the Front Range with 1-2″ across higher elevation cities. Watch out for slick and slushy roads throughout the morning drive Thursday! Lows will stay above average in the 20s.
THURSDAY: This is going to be a chilly but sunny day, for the most part. Morning snow showers will threaten your drive with slick spots, so plan to give yourself some extra time as you head out the door. The snow will clear out to the south by the afternoon and leave us with partly cloudy skies and highs in the 30s & 40s.
EXTENDED: We will be mild and dry again on Friday and most of Saturday before our next system moves in. Light snow or a rain snow mix is possible on Sunday along with cooler temperatures. We will keep you posted on this as things develop in the coming days.
