Marty’s Saturday Morning Forecast – Warmer Again! – 12/9/17

Today: Sunny with high temperatures in the 50s to lower 60s for the plains, mainly 40s to lower 50s over the mountains. The wind should remain pretty light today for most areas with speeds of 5-15 mph expected, but on the higher terrain a few spots could notice gusts around 20 mph.

Tonight: Mostly clear and crisp with low temperatures mostly in the 20s. Because the air is so dry we do expect some temperature variety with some low lying areas falling into the teens, and some areas on the higher terrain possibly remaining in the 30s for much of the night.

Extended: We expect little change across the area on Sunday. We’re tracking some weak cold fronts next week, so we expect our temperatures to move around a little, and we’ll probably have some breezy pockets at times. Wednesday looks to be the coolest day of the week, but overall the week looks quiet.
