Video of Fort Carson training goes viral

A female soldier stationed at Fort Carson had to go through what she says was the worst pain of her life, and it was all caught on camera.

Katherine Barkas had to go through standard training including being hit with Capsicum spray. It is similar to pepper spray but is oil based. Every military police officer has to go through the test.

You can see in the video, Barkas is fighting back tears as she goes through each obstacle.

Since it was posted on December 1, 2017, it has been shared over 50,000 times and has been viewed by millions.
