Emergency crews rescue a man after a trench collapses in Colorado Springs
A construction worker in Colorado Springs was digging a trench Thursday morning when it collapsed leaving him trapped from his waist down.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 10:30 a.m. near Interstate 25 and Uintah Street.
It took crews a little over an hour to help the man and clear the scene.CSFD tweeted saying the man was transported to the local ER. The worker reportedly had minor injuries.
