Air Force Academy tech sergeant guilty of possessing child pornography

A tech sergeant working for the hospital at the Air Force Academy has been found guilty of possessing child pornography.

A court-martial found David C. Bingham in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice. He was a member of the 10th Medical Operations Squadron.

Bingham will serve six months in prison. He also was given a dishonorable discharge from the Air Force, a reduction in rank to E-1, and a reprimand.
