Marty’s Sunday Morning Forecast – 12/3/17

Today: We expect more wind for more areas on Sunday, but it will be warmer with high temperatures in the 60s to lower 70s for the plains, mainly 50s over the mountains. Expect wind speeds between 10 and 20 mph with occasional gusts to near 30 mph at times this afternoon.

Tonight: Windy and becoming sharply colder late. Temperatures may remain in the 40s to lower 50s through much of the night, but by morning the air should turn sharply colder. Low temperatures mostly in the 30s, a few areas around the Pikes Peak Region may fall into the 20s.

Extended: Windy Monday morning with a few flurries or light snow showers possible around the Pikes Peak Region, we do not expect significant snowfall anywhere at this time. Sharply colder with high temperatures falling into the 30s and 40s for the plains on Monday. The air will only warm slightly through the week, and for now it appears we will remain dry.
