3 shot on Austin Bluffs Parkway in Colorado Springs

An investigation is underway for a shooting that killed one person and injured two others on Austin Bluffs Parkway in Colorado Springs.

Sunday morning’s shooting took place in the 4600-block of Austin Bluffs Parkway, police said.

The two victims that survived were taken to the hospital. One was listed in critical condition, while the other victim was in stable condition.

This marks the second shooting scene of the night with multiple victims in Colorado Springs.

Three people were also shot overnight on Soft Breeze Way in the area of Northwind and Vickers. Two of those victims are in critical condition, police said.

A vigil is being held at Albertacos tonight at 7 p.m. to honor the victims.
