Volunteer pooper scoopers needed for Ghouls & Stools Day

Volunteer pooper scoopers are needed at Bear Creek Dog Park during Ghouls & Stools Day.

The annual event will be held Saturday, October 28 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Ghouls & Stools Day aims to clean up Bear Creek Dog Park, while still having some fall fun. Dog owners are encouraged to dress their dogs in Halloween costumes. There will be prizes for the best costume.

Buckets, bags and rubber gloves will be provided, but volunteers need to bring their own shovel or scoop.

Bear Creek Dog Park is located at 21st and Rio Grande in Bear Creek Regional Park.
