UPDATE: All-clear after suspicious package found at library in COS

An all-clear was given after a suspicious device was discovered at a library in Colorado Springs Sunday evening.

The device was found at the Sand Creek library branch on S. Academy, Colorado Springs police said.

It turns out the device was actually a homemade power supply. People were evacuated from the library and surrounding businesses for the investigation.
