Starbucks adds ‘Horchata Frappuccino’ to menu

If you go to a Starbucks today, you may notice a new menu item, the horchata almond milk frappuccino.

The drink, which is popular in Mexico and Central America, will now be sold at the chain across U.S. and Canada.

While the drink is typically spiced with cinnamon and vanilla, the Starbucks version is an icy blend of almond milk, sweet cinnamon syrup, coffee, ice, whipped cream, caramel and “cinnamon and sugar sprinkles.”

Starbucks says the new frappuccino is “the perfect beverage to end the summer and welcome fall.”
